Shipping & Returns
Postage within the Netherlands will be provided by PostNL (next day service). If we receive your order by 2.30pm, Monday – Friday, you will receive it the next day.
Postage to Europe and the rest of the world will be shipped with Fedex Priority (or another courier when requested/required – you will need to contact us first to arrange this). Delivery will take 1–3 working days with Fedex, depending on where you are.
If you order before 2pm Monday – Friday, your order will leave the same day. If you order after 2pm on Friday or during the weekend, your order will leave on Monday. This is a fully tracked and very fast service. You will receive a tracking number from Fedex once we have shipped your order.
We charge a flat, competitive rate depending on where you are – Please check the list below.
The Netherlands – €6.95
Europe, USA and Canada – €14.00
The rest of the world – €16.00
*Please note – mark returned packages as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ – this helps us to avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.*
Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days after receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.
Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).
